Book Club Discussion
September 20 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Join us as we discuss City Comforts: How to Build an Urban Village (2003) or (Digital Edition 2010) by David Sucher. As the author says in his introduction, this book provides “simple rules and details that create pedestrian-oriented, comfortable neighborhoods and cities.” So, while future land use maps are somewhat removed from these “simple rules,” these rules will provide a backdrop for our FLUM refinement and a place to begin discussing the Town’s larger effort to rewrite the Town’s Land Use Management Ordinance.
